HUMAN RIGHTS C.P.D.R. INDIA MEMBERS RULES & ACTIVIES

  1. In order to be a member of Human Rights C.P.D.R. INDIA any one of the following documents is needed – Voter card, Aadhar card, Pan card, Driving licence, Ration card, Passport, Rent Bill, Electric Bill, BSNL Telephone Bill, Admit card of Madhyamik.
  2. Those who are in charge of State, District, Block, Police Station shall abide by and follow the rules and regulation made by the Central Committee.
  3. All members of the Central Committee are to maintain secrecy regarding the internal working and policy of the organization.
  4. All members, from the Central Committee to the Thana Committee are required to deposit their bio-data to the Central Committee within one month of his/her admission.
  5. No member of Human Rights C.P.D.R. India will be permitted to collect money from anyone forcibly. In case of any allegation against anyone doing this offence, legal action will be taken against him/her and his membership will be terminated for life.
  6. All members from Central Committee to Thana Committee has to maintain a register where the name, address, age, phone/mobile number, occupation of the members would be registered and the xerox copy of the register should be submitted to the head office every four months.
  7. You have to organise a meeting every month near the state highway or Government offices to increase awareness among the people regarding democratic rights, constitutional rights, fundamental rights and Human Rights.
  8. The Central Committee will decide and nominate representatives who will co-ordinate with the district and state administration.
  9. No one is permitted to do any work for the Human Rights C.P.D.R. India in an intoxicated manner. In case of any allegation, the Central Committee will take immediate action.
  10. In case of any allegation against any member, the complain letter has to be received by the respective committee investigations made regarding the complain and then the decision has to be taken. No member can take any decision single handedly.
  11. No member should involve himself in external matters relating to land, building, property extra maritial affairs, landlord-tenant or husband-wife relationship. If any body gets involved in this, then Human Rights C.P.D.R. India will not be responsible for his act.
  12. Any member can committee with the Central Committee directly by phone, fax, e-mail and register his complain if any.
  13. Members of Human Rights C.P.D.R. India can not be member of any other Human Rights organization.
  14. Those in leadership should try to increase the member of members under them.
  15. Use of visiting card and car sticker bearing the name of Human Rights C.P.D.R. India should be approved by the Central Committee, after obtaining a written permission from the same.
  16. Printing of letter pad and identy card bearing the name of Human Rights C.P.D.R. India should be done with approval from the Central Committee.
  17. The committee should arrange for the admission in school, in college of 2-3 needy and talented students who have done exceptionally well in Madhyamik and Higher Secondary examination.
  18. The committee shall arrange every year blood donation camp, eye donation camp, cultural programme, like Rabindra-Najrul-Adhunik song, cricket, football tournament etc.
  19. The committee shall protest against any wrong decision of the Central Govt. or State Govt. irrespective of any political party.
  20. You have to develop good public relation with the authorities of Govt. hospital / private nursing home and the patients and patient party.
  21. In order to create an awareness of Human Rights, you have to organise meetings, processions, distribute leaflets and posters in both state level and district level.
  22. The organisation is required to include Doctors, Lawyers, Judges, Professional and Social workers in the committee.
  23. The organisation shall co-ordinate with the State & Central Government for the employment of the sick industry and the unemployed youths.
  24. You should stand beside and help the flood and festive affected people.
  25. Every year on 15th August (Independence Day) you have to distribute fruits and sweets to the patients admitted in the hospital & nursing home, old age home & child care home of your area.
  26. You have to take up the cause of the under trial prisoners who are suffering in jail without trial, to the human rights commission and to the Government.
  27. You have to organise meetings in co-ordinance with the central, state and district leadership.
  28. You have to show respect to your teachers and parents.
  29. You have to help the needy journalists and artists and develop a good relation with them.
  30. You should be compassionate to the police officers as they are the custodian of law.
  31. You should make arrangements for the treatment of the poor.
  32. Children marriage strickly stop. Mention the court rules.
